- Rosie16.12.2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Rang the manager to ask about amount charged to our credit card as this was different to the confirmation email i received. Was rudely told this is credit card fees which is 'clearly' in terms and conditions and at front reception. At no point did she stop to think that perhaps the website states 'no credit card/booking fee' and was not indicated in the terms and conditions or on our confirmation. Or to logically think that customers are charged 3DAYS BEFORE they get to reception. She was completely and inexcusably rude and unprofessional. Even when i sent screen shots of terms&conditions which doesn't mention cc fee, and also of their website stating 'no credit card fee' still no apology for her behaviour. Not worth the hassle, stay elsewhere.
